Taste of Jefferies Hamper Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to Melbourne residents aged 18 years and over.

  2. Entry Period: Entries close at 8:00 PM on Saturday 25 October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

  3. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must complete the official entry form by providing their name, email address, and preferred Jefferies store location (Croydon Hills or Blackburn). Entry is limited to one per person. Multiple entries using different email addresses or fraudulent methods will result in disqualification.

  4. Winner Selection: One winner will be drawn at random and announced on Wednesday 29 October 2025.

  5. Prize: The prize is one (1) Jefferies Hamper valued at $500 AUD, available for collection from the Jefferies Blackburn store. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  6. Notification: The winner will be notified by email using the details provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Jefferies reserves the right to redraw the prize.

  7. Privacy: Personal information collected through this promotion will be handled in accordance with Jefferies’ Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

  8. No Cash Alternative: The prize cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
