Eligibility

  • Open to families with children of primary school age who attend a primary school located within a 6 km radius of a Jefferies store (Blackburn or Croydon Hills).

  • Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.

  • One entry per family per store visit per day.

How to Enter

To enter, families must:

  1. Visit Jefferies Blackburn or Jefferies Croydon Hills during the promotional period.

  2. Take part in the in-store “Elf Spotting” activity.

  3. A parent or guardian must complete the entry form with their name, phone number, email address, and the child’s school name, and place it in the entry box provided.

No purchase is required to enter.
No personal details about the child are collected.

Prizes

  • School Prize:
    The winning school will receive a $1,000 community contribution payment, payable upon receipt of an invoice issued to Jefferies.

  • Family Prize:
    One participating family will receive a $200 family goodies hamper.
    The hamper will be awarded to the parent or guardian listed on the entry form.

Prize Redemption

The winning school will be notified by phone and email. To redeem the prize, the school must issue an invoice to Jefferies for $1,000 referencing:
“Jefferies Christmas Elf Hunt – School Prize Payment”.

The family prize will be collected in-store by arrangement with the parent or guardian.

Draw Details

Winner will be selected at random at the end of the promotion period.
The winning school and family will be notified directly and may be announced through Jefferies’ official communication channels.

Promotion Period

The Elf Hunt runs from 1 December 2025 to 24 December 2025.
All entries must be received by close of business on 24 December 2025.

General

  • Entries must be completed in-store during the promotional period.

  • By entering, parents or guardians consent to their contact details being used solely for the purpose of administering and notifying winners.

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  • Jefferies reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.

  • Jefferies accepts no responsibility for late, lost or incomplete entries.
