Jefferies Blackburn 1st Birthday Hamper Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Open to Melbourne residents aged 18+.

2. How to Enter:

   • Attendees must scan the QR code at the event and complete the entry form to join the Jefferies mailing list.

   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be removed.

3. Entry Period:

   • Entries will be accepted during the stores opening hours on Saturday, 1 March, 2025. Entries outside this period will not be considered.

4. Prize Details: The prize consists of a Jefferies hamper valued at over $500. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

   • The winner will be randomly drawn on Monday, 3rd March 2025 and contacted via the email provided on the entry form.

   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, the prize will be re-drawn and another winner selected.

6. Prize Collection: The hamper must be collected in person from Jefferies Blackburn (Railway Rd, Blackburn, VIC) during store hours.

7. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Jefferies' privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General Conditions:

   • By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Jefferies. You can unsubscribe at any time.

   • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party.

   • Jefferies reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms.
